Design Requirements Proposed by the Client
Based on the client’s specifications, including fabric type, size, pattern, color palette, and intended use (bedding, pillowcases, etc.), our team defines the overall design direction.
Initial Design Draft
Provide an initial concept with fabric samples, color swatches, and pattern sketches. The goal is to visualize the texture, sheen, and drape of the silk material.
Design Refinement
Modify the first draft based on client feedback. Adjust fabric selection, patterns, or stitching details to achieve the desired softness, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Final Design Approval
After several rounds of review, finalize the design and confirm all material specifications. A detailed production plan, including measurements and craftsmanship standards, is prepared.
Sample Production and Evaluation
Produce a silk sample using the approved materials and processes. Evaluate its comfort, colorfastness, and seam strength to ensure it meets both aesthetic and functional standards.
Mass Production and Quality Inspection
Begin large-scale production following the approved sample. Each batch undergoes strict quality control to guarantee consistency, smooth texture, and luxurious finishing before packaging and delivery.
